摘要: The amino acid sequence of glucose dehydrogenase from Bacillus megaterium has been determined. enzyme consists 4 identical subunits, each containing 262 residues. Its structure was established using manual Edman degradation procedures after modification the in native form with reagents specific to acids histidine, tyrosine, tryptophan and lysine order identify residues involved catalysis or located subunit binding area.
