摘要: The state of Washington instituted an automobile emissions testing and maintenance program in the Seattle-Bellevue area 1982, purpose which is to reduce carbon monoxide levels meet federal standards. This study measures impact at two air quality monitoring stations Seattle, comparing these one Tacoma. Six separate analyses program's effect on are presented that differ by location, time period, statistical method used. None six shows a significant impact. conclusion possibility decline due remote.
