摘要: This document describes the methodology developed for GAINS PMEH project. provides a framework translating detailed data on emission control technologies and measures, atmospheric transport, costs, socio-economic development health indicators from databases into such format level of aggregation that they can be displayed turned an interactive decision support tool at various spatial scales, in particular megacity scale.
