摘要: Abstract Context.—Inclusion of all scientifically validated elements in surgical pathology cancer reports is needed for optimal patient care. Objective.—To evaluate the frequency with which contain required by American College Surgery (ACS) Commission on Cancer (CoC), extent to checklists are used, and effects that use have completeness reports. Design.—Participants Pathologists voluntary Q-Probes program reviewed 25 consecutive include from breast, colon, rectum, prostate specimens.
