摘要: Abstract All aspects of each protein existence in the eukaryotic cells, starting from pre-translation events, through translation, multiple different post-translational modifications, functional life and eventual proteostatic removal after loss functionality changes physico-chemical properties, can be collectively called proteodynamics. With aging, passing time as well accumulating effects exposures, interactions wearing-off lead to problems at above mentioned stages, eventually leading general malfunction proteome. This work briefly reviews summarizes current knowledge concerning this important topic.
