摘要: The properties and surface uniformity of poly(caprolactone) (PCL) thin films were measured. Thin prepared using a spin-coating technique. Film thickness roughness correlated with variation in solution concentration, spinning speed time. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to investigate the crystallization melting processes. enthalpy film thickness, while temperature independent thickness. In addition, found be function PCL showed progressive decrease when increased, time provided no significant influence on significantly increased concentration increased. Hot stage optical microscopy that larger spherulitic crystals present films, smaller thicker had coarser texture consistent roughness.
