摘要: Equal channel angular rolling (ECAR) method is one of the severe plastic deformation (SPD) processes which can develop a shear causing considerable residual stress into sheet metal. In this work, incremental hole-drilling (IHD) was applied to determine through-thickness distribution. The ECAR first carried out on 2 mm Al 5083 for three passes through channels. field then evaluated using IHD method. calibration coefficients A n and B were obtained by finite element It observed that profile material thickness non-uniform it changed from compressive at top surface tensile bottom in direction.
