摘要: Abstract : This research examined whether the validity and classification utility of Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASYAB) could be increased by adding additional predictors. The relevant literature indicated that ASYAB augmented measures (1) perceptual ability (to increase ASVAB measurement general mental ability) (2) psychomotor ability. Adding about 3%; dollar value this percentage increases over years use ASYAB, eventually building up to approximately $83 million per year. both 5%. eventual asymptotic is $138 Augmenting produced unequal performance for more versus less complex jobs; fact may importance Navy policy formulation.
