摘要: Studies on the interfaces and microstructural defects in broad face longitudinal cross-sectional specimens of Ag-sheathed Bi-based 2223 2212 tapes revealed that majority twist boundaries are either low angle or near 90° most colony mixed type boundaries. tape has much better in-plane alignment than due to melt-texture-growth nature former. A thin amorphous layer is commonly formed at with adjacent basal-planes both sides boundary. Tilt clean lattices from boundary well matched. systematic study correlation between Jc fraction numerous shows above 15,000A/cm2 77K contain certain phase up 10% while undetetable do not ensure a higher Jc. These results seam indicate predominant weak links residual layers fraction. The assumed be controlled by fields. activation energies for flux motion Bi-2223 those Bi-2212 single crystals which may attributable difference dislocation density different processing used materials.
