摘要: The aim of the study was to investigate effect supplemental probiotic preparation on performance indices, serum enzymes and electrolytes broiler chickens. Two hundred (200) day-old Marshall chicks were randomly selected distributed based level supplementation into four groups 50 each (Control, C; E10.5%, E21.5% E32.0%). Chickens fed 2.0% had a significantly higher body weight when compared with control group. Activity alanine aminotransferase differed in group especially (p<0.01) E11.5%. Alkaline phosphatase activity decreased (p<0.05), that Serum calcium phosphorus concentrations experimental higher. Potassium concentration rose In conclusion, supplementing feeds yeast improved enzyme activities enhanced maintenance electrolyte homeostasis Keywords: Body weight, feed conversion ratio, biochemistry, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, chicken.
