摘要: The Occupational burnout is considered as one of the most important problems that have numerous adverse effects on nurses' job. Various personal, psychological and social factors are effective in occupational burnout. Therefore, goal this study was to find out relationship between emotional intelligence job stress with nurses working public hospitals Kerman. This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study, conducted 300 Kerman who selected randomly by stratified method. Organizational demographic questionnaire burnout, questionnaires used. Structural confirmatory factor analysis models were used measure model study. Emotional affect In addition, there meaningful negative relationships (P<0.001) increasing results decreasing stress. Based findings significance its nurses, plans for syndrome could be concentration improvement psycho-personal environments including
