摘要: This article constitutes an overview of the neural correlates mediating acquisition and consolidation new motor skills. Although will be limited to two most commonly used paradigms, sequence learning adaptation, we present evidence from research employing different neuroimaging approaches, including activation-based functional imaging, task-dependent resting-state connectivity, measures gray white matter microstructure. Studies exploring role sleep cerebral structures involved in posttraining (off-line) processes a memory trace are also discussed.
