Private sector, human resources and health franchising in Africa

摘要: In much of the developing world, private health care providers and pharmacies are most important sources medicine medical yet these frequently not considered in planning for public health. This paper presents available evidence, by socioeconomic status, on which strata society benefit from publicly provided use care. Using data The World Bank's Health Nutrition Population Poverty Thematic Reports 22 countries Africa, an assessment was made services, asset quintile groups, treatment diarrhoea acute respiratory infections, proxies subsidized services. evidence theory using franchise networks to supplement government programmes delivery services assessed.
