摘要: Stomach cancer is one of malignancies that may result in pulmonary tumor embolism. Pulmonary embolism commonly presents with dyspnea and cor pulmonale signs. We report serial observations 18F-FDG PET/CT. PET/CT scan showed chronological changes FDG uptake both lung fields.
