摘要: The effects of pH and temperature on the uptake cellular distribution methyl-[14C]-labelled nicotine were examined in slices prepared from rat brain cortex, striatum, hypothalamus cerebellum. At incubation intervals 30–60 min, [14C]-nicotine values at 7·20 similar 37°C whereas 8·20 tissue space was 2·4-fold higher than that obtained 0°C. Efflux experiments with striatum placed additional amount present within slower washout component. could not be attributed solely to diffusion membrane gradient 8·20; a linear increase resulted as extracellular increased 7·70 8·20. decreased by addition nonradioactive (0·62–6·2 mM) iodoacetic acid (3 mM). Thus, there appears component which is lesser amounts physiological levels increases raised. Possibly this [14C]-nicotine, bound or stored intracellular sites, may alter other processes.
