摘要: A system for eye movement detection is disclosed that utilizes an infrared light emitting diode mounted coaxially in front of the lens sensitive video camera remotely making images a computer operator. The reflected causes bright effect which outlines pupil as brighter than rest and also even small glint from surface cornea. includes graphic processing takes image, digitizes it into matrix pixels analyzes matrix. Using special algorithms analysis determines location pupil's center relative to each other with this information where gazing. If eye-gaze predetermined time at selected areas on screen, area results actuation devices or presentation additional screen. This especially useable handicapped persons control their environment. Other uses include operator interfacing workstations, cockpit controls industrial environments.
