摘要: Abstract Physical activity (PA) rates of adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are low effective strategies for increasing PA limited. The purpose this study was to assess the feasibility a group-based intervention that delivered remotely IDD. Participants attended 30-min group sessions 3 times week. were in their homes by video conferencing on tablet computer. Thirty-one participants enrolled 29 completed 12-week intervention. 77.2% ± 20.8% scheduled averaged 26.7 2.8 min PA/session, 11.8 4.8 at moderate- vigorous intensity.
