摘要: In natural proteins, metal ions play a variety of roles, including biocatalysis, electron transfer and stabilization the protein structure. To investigate Zn-ligand-interactions as in active site metalloenzyme carboanhydrase [1] we have synthesized new tripode ligands with pseudopeptide structures (Fig.l). The advantage these residues is possibility simple variation chain length, donor atoms rigidity ligands. complex (1) containing His-X-His moiety which occurs several native proteins was calculated by COSMOS® Force Field Optimization [2].
