摘要: This study aims to investigate the relationship between worker attitude, skill, knowledge, and management support success of kaizen implementation among SRM employees in manufacturing sector. The those variables are predicted based on relevant literature, tested using survey results from 206 Arau, Perlis. Descriptive statistics analysis inferential statistical used analyze corresponding characteristics sample. Reliability measures is established by testing for both consistency stability.
