Semantic annotation of environmental resources : Does it really matter to resource users ?

摘要: Semantic annotation of environmental resources has become a reality attested by a significant amount annotations created and published on theWeb recently. A key question now is how to make practical and effective use those to aid users perform their activities more efficiently effectively. In this paper we present and discuss results an expert evaluation, which tried address some aspects relatively complex question. The evaluation was conducted the example TaToo semantic annotation discovery approach. The overall showed a positive attitude towards usefulness semantic annotations potential improve not only the discovery resources, but various of their usage.
