摘要: Abstract The displacement of product with water is the first cleaning step after each filtration phase and entails considerable losses due to formation a mixed phase. In this study, we show that volume function feed flow transmembrane pressure during reconstituted protein dispersions spiral wound membranes equipped different spacers. Thus, simultaneous consideration required improve overall process performance. Applying response surface methodology (RSM) experimental data collected according statistical design experiments (DoE), created empirical models. These allow identification optimal operating points by means desirability functions.
