摘要: In cancer patients and experimental mouse models, the CCL2 chemokine is well known to directly stimulate proliferation migration of tumor cells. It also promotes their growth metastasis through recruitment type 2 macrophages myeloid derived suppressor cells that inhibit T-cell responses. Accumulation has been described in sera suffering from acute leukemia (AML), however, its functions disease development remain be determined. Using an AML model, we have recently demonstrated elevated levels thymi mice.  CCL2 blockade vivo resulted prolonged leukemic mice survival, lower burden enhanced anti-leukemic this study highlighted a surprising role during which affects thymic function absence recruitment.
