摘要: Packaging is one of the most important activities in distribution systems and supply chains. Nevertheless, it attracts little attention people, especially manufacturing sector because packaging has been intensively used as a protective agent only. One prime factors that inhibit efficiency productivity treating an individual task. In other words, traditional usually considered cost driven center rather than value added component throughout processes. If we reconsider design systematic approach, easy to develop more effective solutions for processing can support handling well providing protection product. By same token, will bring additional values company improvement efficiency. The aim paper review reorganize major functions roles played logistics system suggest methodology approach logistics. proposed demonstrated through case study. How transform existing also suggested.
