摘要: Problem  Although the majority of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are reported in many species, some them not yet described rat. Further, factors that govern Tlr expression male reproductive tract have received little attention. We attempt to identify and characterize Tlrs rat determine profile under conditions affect gene expression. Method study  Rat Tlr5, Tlr10, Tlr11 transcript sequences were submitted GenBank silico characterization carried out using bioinformatics tools. RT-PCR analyses specific primers for Tlr1–13 with RNA isolated from tissues various experimental groups. Results Tlr5, identified this study share features characteristic known TLRs. Abundant was observed adult developing rats. also epididymides androgen ablated rats. Conclusion Tlr5, ubiquitously expressed seem be during development ablation, suggesting preparedness detect an infection all status.
