摘要: It is challenging to make decisions about sanitation scale and technology choice for urban areas, however costing analyses have an important role play in assisting determination of the most appropriate systems a given context. The technological system one that finds locally acceptable balance between social (e.g., public health) outcomes, environmental pollution, resource use recovery) financial economic outcomes (i.e. costs benefits individuals, private organisations, local society). There are many methods available.
