摘要: The expression of transfer RNAs (tRNAs) is deregulated in cancer cells but the mechanisms and functional meaning such deregulation are poorly understood. proteome not fully encoded by their transcriptome, however, contribution mRNA translation to diversity remains be elucidated. We review data supporting hypothesis that tRNA translational error rate an important contributor cell population heterogeneity, genome instability, drug resistance tumors. This aligned with recent various model organisms, showing unanticipated adaptive roles errors (adaptive mistranslation), control specific gene subsets tRNAs, diversification elevation rates
