Melt inclusions in Luna 24 soil fragments

摘要: Optical examinations of 28 slides Luna 24 soil fragments revealed melt inclusions in grains olivine, plagioclase, spinel, and ilmenite as well interstitial inclusions. In contrast with Apollo samples, the samples contain sulfide inclusions, which indicates that saturation respect to an iron took place throughout much crystallization history, even while olivine was crystallizing. The silicate-melt have recorded a more extensive differentiation toward higher magmas than but they also some inexplicably low aluminum values.
