摘要: Medical expert systems are designed to improve patient care by optimizing medical decision making. The distinguishing feature of is that they make recommendations based on input data; differentiated from support in the latter help clinicians decisions rather than actually recommendation, which what an system does. This recommendation essentially a prediction (of diagnosis or prognosis) prescription (i.e., treatment recommendation). key issue measuring progress made thus far efficacy evaluation. For diagnostic prognostic problems, question whether these have been able predict more accurately human experts. literature suggests at least as accurate recommendations, truly improved outcomes? Again, it appears validated good those experts, but base smaller. When trying answer either questions, numerous issues need be considered.
