摘要: Summary An experiment was conducted to study disappearance of C14 C18 fatty acids, lag times and biohydrogenation (BH) rates acids ground soya bean canola seeds in situ. Three ruminally fistulated Dallagh sheep were used determine ruminal BH unsaturated (UFAs). Differences in the through bags observed between oilseeds. We saw that longer incubation time oilseeds rumen, lower content C18:2 C18:3. Significantly higher for both C18:3 compared bean. three than those canola. These results suggest acid profile fat source can affect UFAs by rumen micro-organisms. So had ability escape from BH. It seems ruminant products is more affected seed seed.
