摘要: We studied the role of Arabidopsis thaliana TCP15, a member TEOSINTE BRANCHED1-CYCLOIDEA-PCF (TCP) transcription factor family, in gynoecium development. Plants that express TCP15 from 35S CaMV promoter (35S:TCP15) develop flowers with defects carpel fusion and reduced number stigmatic papillae. In contrast, expression fused to repressor domain its own causes development outgrowths topped papillae replum. 35S:TCP15 plants show lower levels auxin indoleacetic acid reporter DR5 biosynthesis genes YUCCA1 YUCCA4, suggesting is biosynthesis. Treatment cytokinin enhances developmental effects expressing or form. addition, treatment knock-out double mutant related gene TCP14 replum enlargement, increased outgrowths, induction YUCCA4. A comparison phenotypes observed after altered suggests modulates by influencing homeostasis. propose correct different tissues requires balance between responses, participates feedback loop helps adjust this balance.
