摘要: The Republican Party has historically held a strong financial advantage over the Democrats in Congressional elections. National Committee (NRCC) generally large resource Democratic Campaign (DCCC) elections, allowing Republicans to outcontribute most districts. Further, NRCC also led DCCC developing centralized organization for managing campaigns.
