Thermodynamics of Ternary Mixtures Containing Sugars. SLE of d-Fructose in Pure and Mixed Solvents. Comparison between Modified UNIQUAC and Modified UNIFAC

摘要: New experimental data on the solubilities of D-fructose in mixed solvents water/ethanol, water/methanol, and ethanol/methanol at 25, 40, 60 °C are presented. These were obtained using a standard, simple, accurate technique. Therefore, database generated our laboratory throughout 4-year project now contains 205 solubility points for systems with D-glucose, sucrose, pure water, ethanol, methanol their mixtures. All these correlated modified UNIQUAC, entropic free-volume, original Flory-Huggins models, new parameters given. The UNIQUAC model is more representation data. At same time, predictions two different UNIFAC methods compared.
