摘要: High quality and high quantity ultra-long KNbO3 microwires with diameters of 200 nm to a few microns lengths up several milimeters have been synthesized by using simple solvothermal method. The purity, ideal length good transferability make it easy be transferred the quartz substrate for further linear nonlinear optical measurements. Functionalized plasmonic Au nanoparticles, as-prepared sub-microwires exhibited enhanced anisotropy absorption that polarization ratio individual nanoparticles coated sub-microwire (ρ=0.32) is two times more than uncoated one. It demonstrated this microwire an candidate nanolasers, sensitive photodetector photo-thermal nanodevices.
