摘要: Abstract The action of progesterone on the contractile activity three separate layers uterine body and lower segment in pregnancy at or near term has been investigated vitro. Progesterone diminished both spontaneous elicited by oxytocin segments, especially those internal medial layers, blocked a further response to oxytocin. A microscopic study segments revealed similarity between them that seems account for stimuli.
