摘要: Abstract The determination of intrinsic deformation parameters inducing grain refinement mechanism dynamic recrystallization (DRX) contributes to the relative forming process design. For Ni80A superalloy, processing maps were constructed by derivation stress-strain data coming from a series isothermal compression tests at temperatures 1273-1473 K and strain rates 0.01-10 s−1. According microstructural validation, parameter windows with DRX separated in an innovative map. In addition, activation energy representing barrier was introduced further optimize such windows. Finally, enhanced domains corresponding lower determined as follows: ɛ=0.3, domains: 1296-1350 K, 0.056-0.32 s−1 1350-1375 0.035-0.11 s−1; ɛ=0.5, 1290-1348 0.2-0.5 1305–1370 0.035-0.2 ɛ=0.7, 1290–1355 0.042–0.26 ɛ=0.9, 1298-1348 0.037-0.224
