摘要: Rationale The cognitive symptoms observed in schizophrenia are not consistently alleviated by conventional antipsychotics. Following a recent pilot study, sodium nitroprusside (SNP) has been identified as promising adjunct treatment to reduce the working memory impairments experienced patients.
