摘要: Little is known about how diverse women perceive, talk about, and enact their transitions into working motherhood in ways that reflect (and are shaped by) social identities. While we do not mean to imply these 16 Asian, Hispanic, African American representative of the variety who self-categorize themselves particular identity groups, want display which discourses suggestive different constructions within across ethnic categories. As such, discourse conveys struggles over interplay among mainstream United States cultural values work family considerations as well structures support.
