摘要: Abstract In 1992 the discovery of first endogenous ligand cannabinoid receptors, anandamide, provided conclusive support to hypothesis that an “endogenous regulatory system” exists in mammalian nervous tissue. Anandamide (N-arachidonoyl-ethanolamine) was a series long-chain fatty acid derivatives, including two other polyunsaturatedN-acylethanolamines and 2-arachidonoyl-glycerol, found exert cannabimimetic properties either central or peripheral tissues. Here we review current knowledge on biochemical bases formation inactivation ligands as well their interaction with receptor subtypes.
