摘要: Abstract In this paper, the problem of simultaneously reconstructing states and delays for nonlinear systems subject to input is studied. To relax some limitations classical Lipschitz condition, one-sided quadratically inner-bounded conditions are employed handle nonlinearities. The control inputs bounded unknown time-varying delays. deal with open interesting problem, we propose a sliding mode observer based method estimate identify without making assumption on differentiability Furthermore, our does not require minimum phase condition that common in schemes. effectiveness proposed illustrated by numerical example.
