摘要: The changes in composition of the complex lipids were followed during greening dark-grown pea (Pisum sativum) and bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) seedlings. No significant glycerolipid concentrations leaves observed early stages (0-8 hour for peas 0-12 beans). On further greening, there was an increase proportion galactolipids a decrease phospholipids. fatty acid remained constant 24 hours but slight α-linolenic at 72 bean. percentage phospholipids sulfolipid showed marked between Trans-δ3-hexadecenoic major phosphatidyl glycerol hours, it barely detectable hours. lipid is discussed relation to fine structure photochemical activity developing plastids.
