摘要: Abstract Parameters of the transference ampicillin among three compartments (mother, fetus, and amniotic sac) have been studied in 103 patients. A rapid transfer occurs from mother to with fetal serum levels reaching exceeding minimal inhibitory concentrations for many organisms causing intrauterine infections. The antibiotic appears fluid after 90 minutes; compartment form a depot sequestration ampicillin. Varying rates out are found different stages pregnancy pathologic conditions. finding heat-labile system, growth Sarcina lutea , is recorded.
