摘要: The β-Ga2O3 nanorods were synthesized by the hydrothermal method, which characterized in detail so as to explore effects of time on their final morphologies and photoluminescence properties. X-ray diffraction pattern indicates that GaOOH precursor is completely converted into monoclinic phase. microscopic analysis shows single crystal samples are a slender shape, i.e., microrods. main element composition valence states detected photoelectron spectroscopy, whose result consistent with XRD. Raman spectrum for sample obtained at 10 h has highest intensity narrowest full width half-maximum crystallinity. spectra show emission peaks three appear blue-violet region between 375 425 nm, greatly affected time.
