摘要: This research investigated how resistance to use of services attributed family members and primary caregiver self-efficacy influenced actual services. Data were analyzed from questionnaires completed by 224 persons engaged in informal elder care the community. Tests 6 hypotheses revealed that influence on caregivers had a consistent, important behavior views caregivers. Family formal framed caregivers' feelings, preferences, decisions ranging their own perceived obtainment help outside family. Professionals must include dialogue with about plans for care. Suggestions interventions better understand are discussed.
