摘要: Modified organ cultures of rat egg cylinders were grown for 2 weeks in Eagle's MEM without serum or with added at different times. Explant survival was decreased only the entire serum-free medium, whereas explant growth impeded all but 50% plus serum. Differentiation epidermis and cartilage deprived 2-week period comparable to that fully serum-supplemented other differentiated tissues rare absent. In explants cultivated first week, neuroblasts scarce.
