摘要: Clinically, little can be done to induce restoration of good excellent neurological function following nervous system trauma, and time is required before an effective technique developed applied clinically. However, there are novel techniques that have not been tested experimentally or clinically may significantly faster, reliable, extensive recovery trauma than presently possible, even for currently being on animal models. To repair peripheral nerves in which a length the nerve pathway destroyed, many clinicians consider autologous sensory grafts "gold standard" inducing recovery. this has severe limitations, such as only across gaps less 2 cm, repairs performed months posttrauma, young patients. As consequence, patients suffer permanent deficits recover limited function, they frequently develop irreversible neuropathic pain. This review examines clinical role immunosuppressants might play, presence absence autologous, allografts, xenografts, increasing rate, success, extent trauma.
