摘要: Abstract In a recent article published in this journal, Guarini and Porcile (2016) expanded the Balance-of-Payments Constraint (BoPC) growth model suggesting way to make it possible address some of challenges posed by greenhouse gas emissions. Building on their set up, we formalise into mechanism that explains how people with different environmental attitudes or sentiments influence each other contribute design policies. We detail concept transition probabilities for agent's switching from pro- anti-environmental positions vice-versa discuss macroeconomic results follow. Numerical simulations allow us investigate more implications validity Porter's hypothesis as well feasibility decoupling conditions. A policy implication our analysis is should encourage dissemination pro-environmental among public because could lead desirable equilibrium. As important enhancing knowledge climate change keep alive debate at collective level so probability sides.
