摘要: Neural crest cells are one of many migrating cell types found in vertebrate tissues. specification occurs between the neural plate and epidermal region during embryogenesis, is regulated at gene level by appropriate concentrations signaling proteins such as bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), Wnt (reviewed Meulemans Bronner-Fraser 2004). Many genes participate this regional network to specify crest. After tube closure, start ventral half embryo, resultant epithelial-to-mesenchymal transformation dissociates from epidermis. The dissociated then move ventrally.
