摘要: Abstract Qβ replicase (RNA-directed RNA polymerase of bacteriophage Qβ) exponentially amplifies certain RNAs in vitro . Previous studies have shown that can initiate and elongate on a variety RNAs; however, only minute fraction them are recognized as ‘legitimate’ templates. Guanosine 5′-triphosphate (GTP)-dependent initiation legitimate template generates stable replicative complex capable elongation the presence aurintricarboxylic acid, powerful inhibitor RNA–protein interactions.
