摘要: In this paper extraction of G. lucidum spore lipids (GSL) by supercritical fluid technology (SFE) was optimised and compared with soxhlet sonication extraction. Response surface methodology employed to study the effects pressure, time temperature on yield. Under optimal SFE conditions pressure 35 MPa, 3 h 48 °C, yield could reach 29.50%, which significantly greater than that sonification method (23.74%) no significant difference (30.02%). Fatty acid analysis showed oleic acid, palmitic linoleic were main fatty acids GSL extracted three methods, accounted for about 88% total acids. The sterols content determined GC/MS demonstrated ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-ol ergosterol major sterol in all SFE, Soxhlet sonication, represented 80% sterols. Ergost-7en-3-ol ranged from 0.65 0.81 mg/g 21%. Ergosta-7, 22- diene-3β-5α-6β-triol 0.01 0.02 mg/g. obtained 20% ethanol as entrainer reached 3.72 mg/g, other both methods.
