摘要: A sintered zirconia material containing at least 50 mol % tetragonal and 1.5-5 yttria, from which carbon is substantially absent, the porosity of not greater than 0.6%, pore size 0.1 μm pores exist mainly triple points grain boundaries. The can be obtained by sintering raw powder, green body or presintered yttria in a required amount an oxidizing atmosphere, hot isostatic pressing. thus has high strength toughness, particularly excellent properties for use under conditions higher 600° C. used as various industrial machines tools.
